Group and individual yoga sessions include physical postures, breathing techniques, restorative sequences and resting poses. In meditation, you will be guided to find a steady, comfortable posture; calm your nerves; quiet your senses and still your mind.
Beginners will be introduced to yoga with gentle, accessible poses. Experienced students will be challenged to bring their practice to a deeper level. Private sessions offer personalized attention and sequences for your unique needs.

Scripture, faith imagery and devotion are central in the Holy Yoga sessions. They inspire your poses and deepen your personal encounter with Christ.
Movements flow with the Spirit and lead you to a place of stillness and quiet rest in God's loving presence.
